Pro: Fast results
Con: Expensive almost $3000 plus CE credits

Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function. Graston uses six stainless steel tools. Even though, I mostly use two tools. Tried the STARR tool and it doesn't come close to picking up the vibration.

NCMIC
NCMIC plays a active role in chiropractic so I like to support them. Customer service is helpful and quick to response. Of course insurance is insurance need I say more. Previously I had OUM which had better CE discount classes and slightly cheaper. I would recommend NCMIC over all other malpractice carriers.

Overdoor Cervical Traction Device
Get what you paid for on this product. Patient really don't like this product. Always ask the patient if they have TMJ problem before selling. I recommend the Sauders home traction unit.

The cushion is too soft making adjustments difficult. The table is heavy too. I recommend the Lifetimer.

The cushion on the lifetimer is the best I could image making it comfortable for the patient yet an easy adjustment.

Con: The post was damaged after two years of use, but they replaced the part. They are working on a new design to prevent this of happening.
