decades ago. It involves using special KinesioTape (similar to
elastic athletic tape) to help restore function, circulation, and range
of motion to the targeted tissue. Their website has specific
guidelines about copying information, so you get a lame description
from us. That what they get for being so proprietary.

I love using kinesio taping on all my athletes, but still dont like the fact that most insurance companies view it as experimental. The recovery time on sprain is really reduced.
