This device is essentially the same as any Abrams-like rubbing device.  In the early 1980's, the Dept. of Justice sent a letter out to many Chiropractors as the result of a case which condemned the Toftness Radiation Device.  Any practicioners still using this device should be turned in to the appropriate state licensing board.
