With the basic network license you can have as many work stations as you wish but only 2 users can be logged into the database at any one time. For more than 2 concurrent users you will need to buy additional licenses for each user up to a max of 20. This is a fee required by 4th Dimension, the platform that QuickSOAP is built on and is not an additional charge from Chiroconceptions.com. Please order only the exact amount of users you need. You can add additional users at anytime in the future. This is for the practice with a computer network already set up in their office. Limited to 5 hours of technical support with no hardware support. Hardware support will be billed at $200 per hour to troubleshoot your existing hardware not purchased from chiroconceptions.com.
