I am seeking a chiropractor to lease the space or to be an associate. The location is ideal with its close proximity to the 205 freeway, Tri-Met bus/Max line, & a Chiropractic Radiologist. The clinic historically attracts an average of 6 new patients/week & 30 office visits/day. The generated income is $600K/year at minimum. The asking rent is $2800.00 per month on a lease basis.
